Copy Cat? or Link Back?

The main purpose of creating MMITDICTIONARY is to share the Very Basic IT Knowledge to Beginners in Myanmar Language with Clearly and Easy to Understand Format. So I used a lot of my private time, days and nights for all these posts. Now I cannot update the blog over one year, as I have not enough time to write for that. Though I still have to share many Basic and Detail IT Knowledge, I can't post because of time.
How do you feel when you arrive an Internet site, where is all of your blog posts are copied and pasted without any Credits or Link Back to your original blog or forum post?
This is just a usual case on Internet. Actually I don't want to post about this case. But when I see someone is totally copy & paste, this post(http://sticker1st.co.cc/?p=57#more-57) and that post (http://sticker1st.co.cc/?p=59#more-59) those are everything from a blog posts http://mmitdictionary.blogspot.com (or may be a forum post of www.myanmarfamily.org) without any credit to original blog or link back, I just keep the screen shoot and record as a History of MMITDICTIONARY on the WWW.

Actually all the blog posts from MMITDICTIONARY are the results from -

  1. learning various books,
  2. various websites and
  3. experiences as a computer user and computer trainer.
In other words, all the posts are not easy jobs, all are outcomes of hard learning about GUI, user experiences and readings books, many days and nights.
Moreover all the posts have clearly credits to original sources.
I never used any blog posts without link back or credits to Original Creator.
