eserver.org - (Web Site Review)

Today I surfed around the net as usual. I Got some interesting books and warez.
Also noted some cool-site links and Google Info: of the sites. I think, the easiest way to know about a site, better than actually going to that site is using Google's info: cache: link: & site: keywords.
Here what I really want to share you all, is a cool online library named:

EServer TC Library
A Community-Based Library of Technical Communication.

It was founded at "Iowa State University, Academic Information Technologies, IA US". (Though I hate copy-cat , it is the best way to describe about a site is using their original words. So I used their original texts to give clear information to you all.) Below is a short notes taken from their about page -
The EServer TC Library is a free, open-access, human-edited directory of online resources for people who produce, manage, archive, and distribute technical information. The community we serve includes technical communicators (such as technical writers), editors and publishers, researchers, illustrators, animators/multimedia developers, web designers, instructional designers/educators, instructional designers, user experience designers, and others who concern themselves with how to improve human communications. Our system is noncommercial and entirely free of charge, in the spirit of free research and scholarship, and collects no personally identifiable information about its users (see 'Policies ,' below). Contents from our site may not be re-used for commercial ventures, however, without prior written permission.

This website is part of the EServer, a nonprofit publishing cooperative dedicated since 1990 to increasing the availability of accessible writing. (See 'About the EServer' for details). The TC Library is based in the Rhetoric and Professional Communication programs at Iowa State University, and operates within guidelines established and maintained by:

Since it was first founded in 2001, the TC Library site has grown to become the single most comprehensive technical communication body of knowledge in the world. Today we offer access to a database of 13,948 articles, presentations, and miscellaneous other materials of importance to the field. Given how the site is cross-indexed by category, author, publisher, language, date published and more, this generates about 27,700 unique web pages of bibliographic data about published writings in the field.

The screen shot of the home page is:

Also this is current statistics of the library:

There are 13,948 items in catalogue of the Library (Monday December 3, 2007).
We can read many valuable resources on various fields from this, on line. See the screen shot below.
